Welcome to this beautifully remodeled East Vail retreat, where modern mountain comfort meets whimsical, eclectic design. Bright natural light, vaulted ceilings, distinctive art and themed details create a memorable setting for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the views. On the main floor, the open great room includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, board games, and Sonos Bluetooth sound system. The updated kitchen has a large island with seating for four and is equipped for shared meals or happy hour, while the dining table seats eight. An entire wall of folding glass doors connects the living area to the large deck, where you can take in mountain views from the outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and private hot tub. A half bathroom is also on this level. Sleeping and living spaces upstairs include: • Bedroom 1: Bunk room with two bunk beds, including two single beds and two queen beds, lounge chairs, Smart TV, and en-suite full bathroom. • Bedroom 2: Pink bedroom with one full bed, one twin bed, and Smart TV; a full hall bathroom is nearby. • Bedroom 3: Double bed and Smart TV; a full hall bathroom is steps away. • Loft: An additional living area between Bedrooms 2 and 3. While the loft does not have doors for privacy it does have a bunk bed and some loungy couches to relax on. • Bedroom 4: A private primary level with a king bed, Smart TV, and a creatively designed in-room shower and tub, plus a separate powder room. Additional comforts include in-unit washer and dryer, central heating, Wi-Fi, a record player, and a kitchen with an espresso machine, French press, and pour-over coffee maker. A Pack ’n Play and standalone high chair are available upon request.
